Veidekke's Danish subsidiary Hoffman A/S has entered into a contract with Square Copenhagen ApS, part of the German real estate company Proteus, for the renovation and reconstruction of Helmerhus, a historic building located at Copenhagen City Hall Square. The contract value is DKK 580 million.
Veidekke has entered into an agreement with GC Rieber Eiendom to erect an environmentally certified commercial building with Norconsult as the largest tenant. The project is a collaborative design and build contract valued at NOK 241 million excluding VAT.
